Prices and rental conditions
Toerist tax applies from the age of 16 and is 2 euros per day p.p., with a maximum of 5 days. From 1 November to the end of March it is 1 euro per day p.p.
The rental prices are per week, including endcleaning, electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Do you want us to clean the house in between? Then we are happy to do so and charge € 30 for this.
Your booking becomes final by transferring 35% of the total amount to us within 1 week after the reservation. You transfer another 35% 12 weeks before the start of the rental period. The final payment must be made 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Suppose you have to cancel your holiday with us, then as a registered rental company we always send an official invoice that you can then submit to your insurer.
Check in and out
On the day of arrival, you can check into your holiday home from 3:00 PM. We ask you to check out just before 10.
Terms and Conditions
Down payments already made are not refundable in case you cancel your booking. We therefore advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance for a ‘composite travel insurance’. This is the case if you book a flight, rental car and holiday home separately.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible in case of damage to or theft of personal belongings. We do not accept responsibility for personal injury. Everyone enters the quinta, the accommodations, the grounds and the swimming pools at their own risk.
In the event of consequences arising from: strikes, a pandemic, war, natural violence and/or disasters, force majeure, restrictive government measures and/or extraordinary circumstances attributable to third parties, deposits already transferred are not reclaimable.
