Prices and rental conditions

Toeristtax applies from the age of 16 and is 2 euros per day p.p., with a maximum of 5 days. From 1 November to the end of March it is 1 euro per day p.p.

Use of the Air Conditioning is exclusive and charged according to your use. 0.35 cents per kilowatt. In winter, the air conditioning heating uses less electricity!

The rental prices are per week, including electricity, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Do you want us to clean the house in between? Then we are happy to do so and charge € 30 for this.

Your booking becomes final by transferring 35% of the total amount to us within 1 week after the reservation. You transfer another 35% 12 weeks before the start of the rental period. The final payment must be made 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Suppose you have to cancel your holiday with us, then as a registered rental company we always send an official invoice that you can then submit to your insurer.

Check in and out
On the day of arrival, you can check into your holiday home from 3:00 PM. You are already welcome at the quinta. We have a special place where you can store your luggage and a toilet or shower room where you can change. At the cozy honesty bar you can enjoy a cool drink or an ice cream and you can also use the swimming pool.

The last day is not a lost day of vacation either. We ask that you leave the holiday accommodation by 10am. If you don’t have to leave right away, you can store your luggage with us. Then you can, for example, go to the beach or stay on the quinta around the swimming pool. You can shower and change in our toilet or shower room before you leave for the airport.

Terms and Conditions
Down payments already made are not refundable in case you cancel your booking. We therefore advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance for a ‘composite travel insurance’. This is the case if you book a flight, rental car and holiday home separately.

When handing over the key, we ask for a deposit of € 250 cash on arrival. If unexpected damage has occurred during your holiday, you can recover this from your travel insurance. As soon as they have reimbursed the damage, we will immediately refund the amount of the deposit to you.

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible in case of damage to or theft of personal belongings. We do not accept responsibility for personal injury. Everyone enters the quinta, the accommodations, the grounds and the swimming pools at their own risk.

In the event of consequences arising from: war, strikes, a pandemic, natural violence and/or disasters, force majeure, restrictive government measures and/or extraordinary circumstances attributable to third parties, deposits already transferred are not reclaimable.
